When you use the contact form or live chat on jeremy-associates.co.uk
- What we collect
- Whatever you enter there, such as your name, email and message.
- Why we use it
- To reply to you.

When you book a conversation
- What we collect
- Whatever you enter on the Microsoft Bookings page. That page is run by Microsoft, and Microsoft's privacy notice applies to it.

Cookies and similar tools (only if you accept)
- What we collect
- Information about how you use this site and which adverts brought you here, collected by tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Ads.

- To understand how the assessment is used and to measure our advertising.

- Your consent. Nothing is set unless you accept.
We use your details to contact you about your results or enquiry. We won’t add you to a mailing list without asking you first.
Your answers and results are also saved in your own browser so you can return to them. That copy stays on your device.
Who we share it with
We use these companies to run the site. They only handle your data on our behalf and for these purposes.
- Web3Forms. Emails the details you submit in our forms to us.
- Vercel. Hosts assessment.jeremy-associates.co.uk.
- Wix. Hosts jeremy-associates.co.uk and provides its contact form and live chat. Wix has its own privacy and cookie notices for that site.
- Microsoft. Runs our booking page (Microsoft Bookings).
- Google. Google Tag Manager, and any Google advertising or analytics tools it loads. Only after you accept cookies.
Some of them process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards the law provides for, such as the UK’s approved transfer mechanisms. We don’t sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and assessment details for up to 24 months, unless we are working together, in which case we keep them for as long as needed for that work. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- see the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct it or delete it
- ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it
- ask for a copy you can move elsewhere
- withdraw your consent to cookies at any time, using Cookie settings in the footer
